Zach started his accounting career with Lowell in 1973 as a staff accountant. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in July 1975. He was subsequently certified in June 1977. He became Lowell's partner in July 1979 and is currently serving as the managing partner.

His professional activities include being active with the Los Angeles chapter, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dale's public accounting career started in 1972 with a local CPA firm and includes experience with private industry where he gained practical knowledge of business. Dale's accounting practice merged with Sandler and Powell, A.P.C. in 1988, where upon the name changed to Sandler, Powell, Jacobs & Berlin.

He has taught courses and led workshops on various accounting and tax related topics.

Dale is a member of numerous community organizations. He is currently serving as the treasurer of Valley League - International Order of DeMolay, treasurer of the American Youth Soccer Organization - Region 33, and president of Reseda High School PTSA. He also belongs to a number of professional and networking associations. ie: Southern California Veterinary Medical Assn., California Chiropractor Assn. and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, to name a few.

He received his bachelor degree from San Fernando Valley State College, now known as CSUN. In 1992 he was awarded the title "Certified Micro Computer Consultant" by the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (of which he is a member).
